National Telecommunications company providing businesses with a total service solution is currently sourcing additional staff as part of a national growth strategy recently put into place. This organisation only targets businesses and allows the other major Telco’s to focus in on the consumer market. This opportunity will see you managing a team of sales consultants as well as nurturing existing accounts and help drive the overall business forward.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager your duties and responsibilities will include:
• Managing a team of 6 business development managers
• Sales training and mentoring
• Setting of targets and budgets
• Sales of telecommunication products and services to businesses
• Ensuring your team hits KPI’s
• Weekly and monthly reporting to senior management
The successful candidate will need to have demonstrated a prior history in sales management and be hungry to further grow the existing sales team. Telecommunications, Utilities or IT industry experience will be looked upon with high regard. You will be a people person and be able to focus on ensuring your team hits target as well as yourself. Prior experience in providing sales training will be an added bonus. You will be a polished individual with excellent communication skills.
